Do PreScreening Applications effect my Credit Score?

We use SingleKey to perform credit checks and pre-screening of tenants. These checks use a soft inquiry which will not effect your credit.

Does paying on time and in full help me build credit?

Yes! we report payments to the Landlord Credit Bureau, Equifax, and TransUnion. this means if you pay on time and are the awesome tenant we look for, you'll build credit just by paying on time in full.

Why do you perform a Credit Check?

It's to protect both our other tenants and help protect against fraud. By requiring these extra steps and following through on references, we ensure only quality tenants apply.

Do I have to get Tenant Insurance?

Yes, Tenant Insurance is Strongly Encouraged, while the building is insured by our policy, your belongings are not if your actions damage the building. Tenant insurance can not only protect you in event of disaster, but unexpected damages too! for the low cost, we strongly recommend it. 

Willingness to get insurance will be weighted in the decision on who to rent to.

Do you offer Short Term Leases?

No, We only offer long term releases on our properties, this typically constitutes a 12, or 24 month lease.

Can I Sublet?

No, We do not permit Subletting or operation of short term tenancy (Vrbo, Airbnb, etc) in our buildings without explicit written consent from the company owner.
