Construction Updates

Painting is almost complete and Lights have been installed, flooring will be installed soon and plumbing completed. Build process is expected to wrap up in just over 1 month, then configuration should take about 1 month before a lease can be offered. expect an open house or open listing in August

Note: Color differences in lights are from camera exposure not changes in light temperature

Delivery of the Kitchen Counters and bathroom vanity has been done. really starting to look like a home! 

But lots of work still left to do. Here's some photos of the areas:

Walls have been taped, mudded, and first round of paint has been applied. Cabinetry should be delivered soon!

Construction is progressing well on the site, drywall is up and mudding can begin! Here are some photos of 2-1291 Abitibi Rd W.

In Suite Laundry and storage nook is looking good!

Bedroom is taking shape, some bonus storage was worked in under the stairs too! (sump pump must remain accessible though)
